Entrepreneur · Technologist · Independent thinker
Laszlo
Kardos.
I build what works.
I question what doesn’t.
My perspective combines real-world business experience, practical technology and independent thinking. I am interested in useful work, clear decisions and the systems that make both possible.
Business first. Technology as leverage. People at the centre.
One perspective, three disciplines
Good ideas matter.
Execution gives them weight.
Entrepreneurship.
Experience outside the screen informs how I judge an idea: who needs it, how it works and whether it earns its place.
Engineering.
Software, infrastructure and applied AI are powerful when they remove friction without removing control.
Independent thought.
I write about responsibility, independence and the place technology should occupy in a meaningful life.

Perspectives & writing
Read all essays →The real work starts when someone uses what you built
A launch can prove that a website works. It cannot prove that people can rely on it. That only becomes clear in everyday use.
Automation should remove repetition, not responsibility
Good automation removes mechanical work without making ownership disappear. A system can act automatically and still leave responsibility clear.
Technology should serve a life, not become the life
I build with technology every day. That is exactly why I think it needs a clear boundary: the tool should make human life stronger, not quietly replace it.
The principle
Technology should increase our capabilities, not diminish our judgment.
